Do you print out the letters and mail them to me?
No, you are provided with download links that allow you to save and print the letters on your own printer.
How much does a personalized Easter Bunny Letter cost?
We have two choices: A standard letter, which is lower resolution and completely free. We also have a Deluxe letter set that includes a personalized letter, envelope and door hanger. The Deluxe letter set is high resolution 300dpi for optimal printing results.
Is there a limit to how many free letters I can create?
Yes, we limit the amount of free letters per person due to the server resources and file storage costs to create and store them.
How do I print the letter?
After using our letter creator, you save the pdf file(s) to your computer, open them with Adobe Reader and then print it out on your color printer.
How do I print the envelope?
When setting up your printer to print the envelope, please choose #10 size.
How long will my letter be available for download?
Free letters are kept online for only 48 hours and then deleted to free up server space. Deluxe letter download links will work until May 15th.
Do you offer refunds?
If you purchased our Deluxe letter package and are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase for up to 30 days after the sale. Just and let us know. We want you to be happy!
