How long will my letter be available for download?
Deluxe and Standard download links will work until April 30th.
What if the letter is blank when I download it?
This is very common problem if you are using an older version of Adobe Reader. Download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader.
What if I don't receive my download links email?
If you purchased a Deluxe package or Standard letter, you can retrieve your download links on our lookup letter page. If you are still having a problem please contact us and we'll happily assist you with your download links. Please note that Deluxe letter and Standard letter download links are sent to the email address that is associated with the paypal account you paid with.
Do you offer refunds?
If you purchased our Deluxe or Standard package and are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase for up to 30 days after the sale. Just contact us and let us know. We want you to be happy!
